ASN Jurisdiction Controlled Vocabulary

The ASN Jusrisdiction controlled vocabulary set out below displays the preferred labels for the jurisdictions and not their machine tokens. For the full description of this evolving vocabulary and the unique identifiers (URI) used to unambiguously identify jurisditions, see the Simple Knowledge Organization Scheme (SKOS) Encoding:

http://purl.org/ASN/scheme/ASNJurisdiction/

Important Note: This vocabulary is far from complete and is intended to grow as additional standards representing new jurisdictions are added to the ASN data store. Where necessary, jurisdictions existing in the vocabulary will be subdivided. Where ever possible, preferred labels and abbreviations are drawn from existing standards. The SKOS file is versioned and carries a date stamp in the file name. The latest version of the content of the vocabulary is set out below in the form of the vocabulary's preferred (human readable) labels. Additional descriptive information regarding the vocabulary can be found in documentation parts of the SKOS file itself.
